I have passed the pre-contemplation phase and actually created a blog! This step has taken me many months - as I avidly read the blogs of others and am amazed at the way they so bravely put themselves on screen and think that I could never do that - or write so persuasively and engagingly. I still don't think that I can - but no better time than now to have a go ...
