This end of winter beginning of spring always sets off the beginning of anticipation of the journey toward Advent and Christmas. Here's the first outworking of that inner stirring - a mini-Christmas stocking ornament.
That's adorable. I used to have a mini stocking pattern that was solid with a contrasting cuff, but I lost it years ago. I love the knitted-in pattern in this one.

That is so cute. I had almost forgotten how a long-ago aunt knitted little stockings (without designs) for the Christmas tree.
